The effect of electro－ motor stimulation and mobilization on the rehabilitation of arthroclisis of knee
Abstract：Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of electro－ motor stimulation and mobilization on arthroclisis of knee. Methods Forty－ six patients, as the experimentals, were treated with both mobilization and electro－ motor stimulation, while 25 patients, as the controls, were treated only with muscular contractility training. Results After treatment the movement degree of knee was 100.40± 25.72 in experimental group, and 82.14± 21.25 in control group. The difference was very significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Electromotor stimulation and mobilization secures better therapectic effect on arthroclisis in knee.The more obviously the movable degree of knee improves ,the more satisfactory the function recovers .The shorter the term in,the better the therapeutic effecl.
