Prediction of Danger of Fragile Fracture
Abstract：Objective To measure the local bone mineral density (BMD)with lumbar vertebra radiograph, in combination with biochemical markers of bone turnover to, To predict the risks of fragile fracture. Method Lumbar vertebra radiograph were used to measure the change of BMD 25 -OHD3 and BGP in three groups. Value of fracture threshold was measured. Result Fracture risks was scoved as followed: 0, 1, 2 and 3 degree. 3 degree is the most dangerous. 43 cases had a score of 3 degree. Conclusion Combining with X - ray in combination with bone metabolism was reliable indexes for predicting the risks of fragile fracture increase the prediction accuracy.
