Preparation of huaerle liniment and it' t effect on scar - itching
Abstract：Objective To study preparation and the clinical therapy of huaerle liniment. Method Exterbal use of Huaerle liniment B. i. d×7 day. Triamcinolone acetonide acetate in the liniment was determinated by optical activity method. Result (1)effective - rate≥90%
for the scar -itching in clinic; (2) The relation of optical activity and concentration was linear in the test concentration of 1～20 mg·mi-, r= 0.9999, he arerage recovery was 100. 50%, RSD was 0.92% , the clinical therapy was reliable. Conclusion The method can be used for the quality control of the preparation and can not be interrupted by the addition of liniment.
