Clinical characteristies and therapeutic anahysis of patients with physical and psychological dysfunction in psycological clinic
Abstract：Objective To explore the clinical characteristics and therapy of outpatients with definite physical and psychological dys-
function in the psychological clinic. Method MMPI test was conducted in patients with definite physical disorders. According to clinicalmanifestations and testing results of patients, the clinical characteristics and therapy methods were aquired. Result For patients whohad longercourse of diseases, more serious condition, and physical disorders in psycological clinic, MMPI test indicated that complicated depression, hys-teria, hypochondria and psychathenie were common. Conclusion For patients with significant physical and psychological dysfunction, trentmentfor body and psychology should be couducted, the cost for examinations and therapy would be redeced and patients would experienced lesssufferings and a shorter course of disease.
