Rehabilitation for dyskinesia in children with viral encephalitis
Abstract：Objective To study effects of rehabilitation on dyskinesia in children with viral encephalitis.Methods Comprehensive rehabilitation treatment, traditional acupuncture and massage were used.Viral encephalitis children with dyskinesia were studied with clinic control group, moter function was assessed in Fugl－ Meyer, and spasticity assessed in Ashworth scale.Results Moter function of disability limbs in recovery group were obviously superior to those in the control group(P<0.05),The curative effect of recovery group was better than that of control group (P<0.01).Conclusion Rarly stage rehabilitation of the children with viral encephalitis may obviously improve moter function of the limbs and decrease the degree of the disability,and the ability to self-management may get recovery efficiently.
