A clinical study of post stroke evaluation with SAS and SDS
Abstract：Objective The study was to explore the incidence rate,affecting factors and clinical features of post stroke anxiety and depressive symptoms so that corresponding prophylactico therapeutic measures can be found.Methods Stroke patinets were evaluated with SAS and SDS and resuls were analyzed statistically.Results The incidence rate of post stroke anxiety symptoms is 39.3％ ,with no statistical difference between male and female;that of depression symptoms is 50％ ,with female incidence higher than that of male.Stroke frequency,family history and hypertension are highly related with post-stroke anxiety and depression.Conclusion More emphasis should be put on the study of post-stroke anxiety and post-stroke depression,the drug treatment and psychotherapy should also be emphasized.
