Multimodal evoked potentials in occupational intoxication
Abstract:Objective To study damage of occupational intoxication nervous system with multimodal evoked potentials. Method For 27 patients with GB clinically definited occupational intoxication.MEP result were compared with SEP、 ISEP、 EMG. Results There are significant difference in test of MEP in normal compared with occupational intoxication patients male and female right side upper limbs, left side lower extremity of cortex peak latent period( P<0.05) .Electrophysiology result had positive correlation with heavy metal concentration of urine, course of disease, serious disease and significance sign. (γ="0.284;P<" 0.05)Conclusion It is a good method with multimodal evoked potentials might evaluate the central and peripheral nervous system lesion of occupational intoxication.
