The exploration of neve development facililation techniques therapy effects on function recovery in patients with stroke hehind recovery
Abstract：Objective To explore the nerve development faciliation techniques therapy effects on function recovery in patients with stroke behind recovery.Method Ninety-eigth cases of stroke-induced hemiplegia were randomly divied into rehabilitation group and control group:In rehabilitation group the patients received the facitlitation techniques.The Brunnstrom scale,three level balance scale and Barthel index were employed for assessment of the functional status.Result Extremity motor function,balance function,ability of ADL were obviously improved as compared with those before treatment.The scores of extremity motor funtion balance funtion and ADL,after treatment were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of rehabilitation treament especially facilitation techniques was evident in patients with stroke behind recovery.
