Occupational therpy on upper limbs after stroke
Abstract：The stroke patients expect have affected limbs and trunk,and also accompany with the disability of cognition,speech,psychology and social role, these lead to decline their ability of activity daily life,learning,entertainment, so the occupational therapists emphasize that consider the patient as whole, attach importance to improving and regaining the abilities of all aspects. By the help of occupational therapists, through assessment, set treatment goals, analysis of activities, practice treatment plans,then get goals followed: improve the physical functional,improve the ability of occupational activities,modulate the psychology, form a life custom adapting with environment,and then come back to home and society.
