Abstract:Pediatric inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor(IMT)of the bladder is an extremely rare borderline urinary tract tumor, characterized by non-specific clinical manifestations and imaging findings, which easily leads to misdiagnosis.Immunohistochemistry and molecular pathological detection are the gold standards for diagnosing this disease, and surgical resection of the tumor is the preferred treatment method. This study retrospectively analyzed the clinicopathological features, treatment plan and prognosis of 1 case of pediatric bladder IMT admitted to the Third Affiliated Hospital of Southern Medical University, and conducted a review of relevant literature to improve the understanding of this disease.
