Unilateral Multicystic Dysplastic Kidney:A Case Report with Literature Review

Abstract：Unilateral polycystic kidney is relatively rare,with very few reported cases worldwide.This study reports a case of a 59-year-old female patient with unilateral polycystic kidney,whose right kidney was polycystic while the left kidney was normal.She presented with right lumbar soreness and discomfort and underwent laparoscopic renal cyst decortication.This case aims to help improve clinical understanding of polycystic kidney disease,facilitate early diagnosis and treatment,and enhance patient prognosis.
