Abstract：Diagnosis of Turner syndrome relies on sex chromosome karyotyping and imaging studies,with treatment tailored to the specific comorbidities and clinical manifestations.This study aims to enhance understanding of the condition and provide a reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment through a retrospective analysis of a case of Turner syndrome com-plicated by horseshoe kidney,left duplex kidney,and right megaloureter.
