Abstract:Muscle-invasive bladder cancer(MIBC)is a high-risk subtype of bladder cancer with a poor progno-sis,and current treatment options remain limited.Neoadjuvant therapy plays a crucial role in the management of MIBC,particularly in reducing postoperative recurrence and improving survival rates.This review aims to summarize and analyze the efficacy,safety,and prognosis of commonly used neoadjuvant treatment regimens based on extensive literature.Additionally,it discusses the challenges faced by current neoadjuvant therapies,including the selection of appropriate patient populations,optimal treatment duration,and the effectiveness of personalized treatment approach-es,providing valuable insights for clinical decision-making.
