One Case of Emphysematous Cystitis

Abstract：Emphysematous cystitis(EC)is a rare and complex urinary tract infection characterized by the pres-ence of gas within the bladder wall and lumen.The clinical manifestations are often non-specific,and treatment typi-cally involves a comprehensive approach,including the use of appropriate antibiotics,adequate bladder drainage,and management of underlying conditions.This paper presents a case of EC treated at the First People's Hospital of Qu-jing,and provides a review of the relevant literature to explore the clinical features,diagnosis,and treatment of EC,aiming to enhance awareness of this condition.
