Abstract：Objective:Percutaneous nephrolithotomy(PCNL)is the preferred method for the treatment of stag-horn stones,but for patients with coagulation dysfunction,the risk of bleeding is significantly increased,and severe cases may be life-threatening.A case of solitary kidney complete staghorn stones complicated with severe factor Ⅷ deficiency hemophilia A and total ultrasound-guided Needle-perc-assisted standard PCNL was reported.To investi-gate the safety of PCNL in patients combined with coagulation dysfunction and the clinical value of needle-perc were analyzed by reviewing relevant literature.
