Abstract：Uracal actinomycosis is an extremely rare benign disease,there are few articles reported in the domes-tic and foreign literatures.This article retrospectively analyzed the clinical data and diagnosis and treatment process of a patient of uracal actinomycosis admitted to our hospital in September 2022,reviewed relevant literatures and dis-cussed the clinical manifestations,diagnosis and treatment of uracal actinomycosis,in order to improve the under-standing of the disease.
