Abstract:Castleman disease(CD)is a rare lymphoproliferative disorder, with adrenal involvement being even rarer. This article reports a case of CD in the right adrenal gland, where a physical examination revealed an adrenal mass.Subsequently, laparoscopic right adrenal tumor resection was performed. The pathological diagnosis revealed adrenal lymphoid tissue hyperplasia consistent with CD(mixed type).By analyzing the clinical features, relevant ex-aminations,and postoperative pathology of this patient, and reviewing relevant literature, the clinical features and management of CD are discussed to enhance clinical understanding of this condition.
