Abstract:Small Cell Neuroendorcine Carcinoma of the Bladder(SCNECB)is a relatively rare variant of bladder cancer, and SCNECB with sarcomatoid differentiation of uroyjelial carcinoma is also an uncommon histologic vari-ant,which is extremely rare in clinical practice. Moreover, due to its low differentiation, rapid infiltration and progres-sion,it has a poor prognosis and lacks a clear treatment protocol. In this article,This paper report a case of SCNECB of the bladder with localized sarcomatoid differentiation, and analyze its clinical manifestations, pathological morphol-ogy,immunophenotype,therapeutic efficacy, and prognosis in the light of the relevant literature,in order to improve the diagnosis and treatment of this disease by clinicians.
