Percutaneous nephroscopic channel loss treatment:report of 10 cases

Abstract:In this paper,the techniques of re-establishing the original channel after channel loss in 10 percutane-ous nephrolithotomy(PCNL)were summarized.In 9 cases,zebra guide wire was carefully identified through the tear caused by renal parenchyma puncture under the microscope,and zebra guide wire was inserted into the renal collec-tion system along the tear,and the channel was successfully established.In 1 case,the renal pelvis mucosa was opened by holmium laser to reveal the stone,and the guide wire was inserted to complete the operation.There were no complications such as severe bleeding,infection and other organ damage during and after operation.
