Extra-peritoneal route for laparoscopic repair of vesicorectal fistulae:5 case reports

Abstract：Analyzed 5 cases of vesicorectal fistula treated by extraperitoneal laparoscopic approach in our hospital retrospectively.The vesicorectal fistula and rectal fistula were resected by the extraperitoneal route and sutured sepa-rately,and the omentum with vascularwas filled between the two fistulas,and the sigmoid ostomy was performed at the same time.The operative time of 5 patients was 100-130minutes(average 115minutes),and the intraoperative bleeding was 20-50ml(average 32ml).The sigmoid colon was restored 6 months after surgery.There was no recur-rence of urinary fistula and other complications during 1-year follow-up.
