Abstract：In this paper,4 patients underwent domestic Jingfeng robot-assisted laparoscopic radical prostatecto-my via the optimized rear approach in our hospital from February to September 2023 were reported.All the operations were successfully completed,average total operation time was 134(100～156)min,and average operation time of ro-botic arm operated in the cavity was 103(70～120)min.The separation time of prostate and seminal vesicles was 64(50-80)min,the suture time was 39(20-60)min,and the intraoperative blood loss was 98(60-200)ml.The urinary tube was removed 2 weeks after operation,and 2 cases achieved immediate urinary control.There were no postopera-tive complications.At the one-month follow-up,the PSA levels of PSA were 0.05 μg/L,0.03 μg/L,0.001 μg/L,and 0.84 μg/L,respectively.It is proved that the domestic Jingfeng robot-assisted radical prostatectomy via the opti-mized rear approach is feasible and safe,and the short-term postoperative follow-up is satisfactory,but verification with more data is warranted.
