Abstract：The bladder is sensitive to radiation,some patients have lower urinary tract symptoms of microscopic or macroscopic hematuria after radiotherapy.The treatment includes symptomatic medications for hemostasis,vascu-lar embolization,electrocoagulation hemostasis,bladder perfusion,and hyperbaric oxygen therapy.Bladder perfusion is a reliable method.In this review,we summarize the literature on the molecular mechanism and treatment of patho-physiological changes of bladder after radiation,and systematically introduce the new progress of bladder perfusion therapy from molecular mechanism to clinical application.
