Abstract:Objective:The detection rate and diagnostic accordance rate of four-dimensional(4D)visual vascu-lar endoscopy and multiparameter magnetic resonance(mp-MRI)were compared for evaluating renal carcinoma with inferior vena cava(IVC)wall invasion. The visual vascular endoscopy has a 4D effect and makes it convenient for sur-geons to formulate surgical protocols according to the extent and location of inferior vena cava wall invasion.Meth-ods:24 patients with renal carcinoma and IVC tumor thrombus in our hospital from March 2019 to December 2021,who underwent both 4D visual vascular endoscopy and mp-MRI before surgery were retrospectively analyed. The de-tection rate and diagnostic compliance rate of the two methods were compared refer to postoperative pathological re-sults.Results:There was no significant difference in the detection rate and diagnostic comliance between the two methods(P>0.05).The visual vascular endoscopy has a 4D effect and makes it convenient for surgeons to formulate surgical protocols according to the extent and location of inferior vena cava wall invasion.Conclusions:4 D visual vascular endoscopy not only has an equally high diagnostic compliance rate with MP-MRI for diagnosing renal carcino-ma with IVC wall invasion, but also more intuitively shows the extent and location of invasion of the inferior vena ca-va wall, helping to formulate preoperative surgical protocols.
