Abstract：Laparoscopic adrenalectomy is most commonly performed using the lateral transperitoneal approach and the posterior retroperitoneal approach.The selection of the method depends on surgical experience,operation his-tory,patient anatomy,perirenal fat,tumor location,tumor diameter,histological type,tumor side,day surgery,complicated with other diseases.The objective of this article is to summarize the relevant influence factors and selec-tion strategies of operating approach for laparoscopic adrenalectomy.
