Abstract：Large cell calcified sertoli cell tumor is a very rare sex cord stromal tumor in the classification of testic-ular non-germ cell tumor.No reports of asthenospermia have been reported so far.This study is based on the clinical data of a patient with large cell calcified sertolyoma complicated with asthenospermia treated in our hospital.To inves-tigate the clinical diagnosis and treatment strategy of large cell calcified sertoli cell tumor and its relationship with as-thenospermia.
