Abstract:Methods:100 patients with upper urinary tract calculi from January 2022 to January 2023 in our hos-pital were analysed and divided into control and study group with randomized number table, there was 50 cases in each group. The control group underwent minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotripsy with intravenous pyelog-raphy assisted localization, while the study group underwent minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotripsy with CT urography assisted localization. The surgical situation, puncture success rate, stone removal rate, and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results:The study group had shorter surgical time,neph-rostomy fistula retention time, and postoperative hospital stay, lower intraoperative blood loss compared to the con-trol group(P<0.05).The success rate of one puncture[94%vs.80%],primary stone removal rate[82%vs.60%],and total stone removal rate[96%vs.78%]in the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:CT urography assisted localization before minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotripsy for patients with upper urinary tract calculi can shorten surgical time, intraoperative blood loss, and postoperative re-covery time, improve puncture success rate, stone removal rate, and reduce the incidence of complications.Objec-tive:To explore the clinical effect of CT urography assisted localization in minimally invasive percutaneous nephroli-thotripsy for the treatment of upper urinary tract calculi.
