Abstract:Objective:To explore the clinical value of retroperitoneal laparoendoscopic single-site adrenalectomy for adrenal tumor diseases. Methods:The clinical data of 53 patients with adrenal disease who underwent retroperitoneal laparoendoscopic single-site adrenalectomy at our apartment from October 2016 to December 2017 were analyzed retrospectively. Results:All 53 cases were successfully operated with retroperitoneal laparoendoscopic single-site adrenalectomy. The operating time was 21-57 (mean, 36) min and the volume of operative blood loss was 15-40 (mean, 25) mL.No recent serious complication occurred during or three months after the operation. Conclusions:Retroperitoneal laparoendoscopic single-site adrenalectomy has the advantage of shorting the operation time, reducing intraoperative bleeding and having minimal invasion to kidney, and it can avoid postoperative complications.
