Abstract:Objective:To investigate the feasibility of robotic-assisted kidney transplantation to treat end-stage renal disease. Methods:One patient received robotic-assisted kidney transplantation in Mar.5,2018.Results:The surgery was successfully completed.Operation time was 130 min,the operation time of venous and artery anasto-mosis was 21 min and 13 min respectively. The warm ischemia was 2 min and the cold ischemia time was 253 min. The serum creatinine was 144.5 μmol/L and 104.9 μmol/L at the 7th and 30th day postoperatively. Conclusions:The robotic-assisted kidney transplantation can be used to treat end-stage renal disease and further optimization is needed.
