Study status about the surgery for chyluria

Abstract：Chyluria is a common urological disease which may seriously affect the health of patients and the quality of their daily lives in long-term.The effect of various treatments such as microsurgery,open renal pedicle lymphatic ligation,retroperitoneal laparoscopic ligation of renal pedicle lymphatic vessels,single-hole laparoscopic surgery,robot surgery,extracorporeal shock wave surgery is still controversial.Each has its advantages and dis-advantages.This article reviews available literatures on study status about the surgery for chyluria.
