Abstract:Objective:To summariZe the results and experience of 500 cases of urological Da Vinci robot-assis-ted laparoscopic surgeries from our department.Methods:From September 2014 to June 2017,500 cases of uro-logical robot-assisted laparoscopic surgeries were performed in our department,including 203 radical prostatecto-mies,132 partial nephrectomies,45 pyeloureteroplasties,39 radical nephrectomies,46 adrenalectomies and 17 radical cystectomies.Results:Except 2 cases of nephron sparing surgery(NSS)and 2 cases of giant adrenalectomy resection surgery,the remaining surgeries were successful,and all the patients were discharged with good recovery.Conclusions:Robot-assisted laparoscopic surgery can reveal a clear and well-functioning anatomy and is suitable for the vast majority of urological procedures.
