Abstract：Objective:To investigate the necessity and method of ureteral stent implantation in bladder tumor or cystitis glandularis.Methods:From April 2016 to October 2016,2 cases of cystitis glandularis and 2 cases of bladder tumor were treated by transurethral resection of ureter and ureteral stentsimplantation in our hospital.Re-sults:Four patients were followed up for 3 months with color doppler ultrasound,and no hydronephrosis was found.The ureteral stent was removed after 6 months,and no tumor recurrence and no ureteral orifice was found. Conclusions:Ureteral stent implantation can prevent the accessory injuryof the ureter caused by excision,and can ensure the maximum resection of the tumor to ensure the quality of the operation.
