Clinical observation on circumcision with the anastomat combined with penile dorsal nerve selective dividing surgery in the treatment of primary premature ejaculation

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the curative effect of circumcision with the anastomat combined with pe-nile dorsal nerve selective dividing surgery in the treatment of primary premature ejaculation.Methods:Sixty-five voluntary patients with redundant prepuce accompanied primary premature ejaculation in our hospital were selected and treated with circumcision with the anastomat combined with penile dorsal nerve selective dividing surgery.La-tency time of intravaginal ejaculation and sexual satisfaction were observed.Results:The postoperative latency time of intravaginal ejaculation,(6.47±1.43)min,and sexual satisfaction,(39.20±12.41)％,as comparedwith preoperation,(1.45±0.53)min and (19.14±6.55)％,were significantlyimproved (P <0.01).Conclusions:Cir-cumcision with the anastomat combined with penile dorsal nerve selective dividing surgery is reliable in the treat-ment of primary premature ejaculation of patients with redundant prepuce.
