Clinical experience of urolithiasis complicated with urinary sepsis

Abstract：Objective:To summaryize the initial experience of urolithiasis complicated with urinary tract infec-tion and sepsis.Methods:We reviewed retrospectively the case records of 101 patients who suffered from urolithia-sis from January 2016 to September 2016 in our hospital.Then,the patients with urolithiasis complicated withuri-nary tract infection and sepsis were screened out.Results:A total of 101 patients with urolithiasis were included in this study,of which 9 patients were complicated with urinary sepsis.The diagnosis was mainly made by bacterial culture,and all the patients were safely discharged.Conclusions:Urinary sepsis is a clinical emergency,and early diagnosis,early intervention and early treatment are necessary.
