Abstract:Objective:To introduce the experience in application of PINPOINT system in laparoscopic partial nephrectomy. Methods:Seven patients (including 1 case of endogenous tumor)with renal tumor were given lapa-roscopic partial nephrectomy. We identified the location of tumor through ICG infusion by PINPOINT system.Re-sults:Seven cases of laparoscopic partial nephrectomy were performed successfully.Cutting margins were 3-5 mm away from the normal renal tissue. The endogenous tumor in one case was positioned quickly and was removed completely.Clear cell renal cell carcinoma was confirmed pathologically in all cases. Conclusions:The margin of re-nal tumor can be identified easily through PINPOINT system, and endogenous tumor can be identified easily with-out intraoperative ultrasound, which may gain more popularization.
