The role of laparoscopic simulation training in laparoscopic operative teaching for surgeon

Abstract：Objective: To evaluate the value of laparoscopic simulation training in laparoscopic teaching.Methods: Forty-nine surgeons were trained on laparoscopic basic skills.The ability of clamping, transmission, pattern cutting and stitching was assessed and the results were compared before and after training.Results: The basic skills of trainees were significantly improved after training for 4 weeks.Conclusions: Laparoscopic simulated training can improve the basic skills of surgeon, but the evaluation criteria still need to be improved.
