Abstract：Objective:To explore the efficacy and safety of deroofing of simple renal cyst by percutaneous intra-cystic approach nephrolithotomy(PCNL).Methods:From February 201 1 to October 2014,deroofing of simple renal cyst by percutaneous intracystic approach was taken for 12 patients with simple cysts in renal.Results:The proce-dures were successfully completed in 12 patients No sever complications such as massive hemorrhage,injury of sur-rounding organs occrrrde in 12 patients.The mean operation time was 38 (20-1 1 6)min,The average bleeding vol-ume was 8 (5-1 5)mL,No cysts recurrence was found during an average of 1 5-mouth follow-up period.Conclusions:Deroofing of simple renal cyst by percutaneous intracystic approach nephrolithotomy(PCNL)is featured by short-term efficacy and safety.
