Abstract：Treat ments of upper uri nary tract calculi progressed with each passi ng day .The related laboratory tests are also changi ng .Ne w projects and techniques i n order to confor m to the novel endoscopic surgery are developed .Thus ,for strengtheni ng perioperative manage ment and preventi ng related co mplications ,a co mplete understandi ng of perioperative la-boratory tests and si gnificance is particularly i mportant .Laboratory tests relevant to endoscopic surgery duri ng the periopera-tive period are revie wed i n this paper ,and so me advanced techniques are i ntroduced .
