Abstract：In recent years,there is an increasing trend in incidence of Renal calculus.The effect of various treat-ments such as extracorporeal shockwave lithotripsy(ESWL),ureteroscopic lithotripsy (URL),percutaneous neph-rolithotomy (PCNL),robot-assisted laparoscopic pyelolithotomy (RALPL)is still controversial,each has its ad-vantages and disadvantages.This article reviews available literatures on the situation and progress of the treatment in Renal calculus operation.
