Applied value of urodynamic test for prevention and treatment of upper urinary damage in patients with bladder neck contracture:a retrospective study

Abstract:To-expl-ore-the-applied-value-of-urodynamic-test-for-preventi-on-and-treat-ment-of-upper-uri-nary-damage-in-patients-with-bladder-neck-contracture-.Methods-:Twenty-seven-patients-(group-A)subj-ect-to-urody-na-mic-test-and-44-patients-(group-B-)not-subj-ect-to-urodynamic-test-were-set-up-.The-para-meters-fro-m-urodynamics-,-renal-functi-onal-test-and-col-or-ultrasonography-test-in-group-A-and-group-B-were-co-mpared-and-anal-yzed-.Results-:Si-g-nificant-difference-was-found-in-Q-max-but-not-in-age-and-postoperati-ve-time-between-two-groups-.The-upper-urinary-damage-rate-in-group-A-was-si-gnificantly-lower-than-in-group-B-.Conclusions-:Urodynamic-test-is-hel-pful-to-find-the-upper-urinary-damage-in-patients-with-bladder-neck-contracture-as-soon-as-possible.
