Abstract：To-explore-the-clinical-efficacy-of-stone-blocking-catheter-combined-with-ureteroscopy-litho-tri-psy-in-the-treatment-of-upper-ureteral-calculi-.Methods-:Si-xty-patients-with-the-upper-ureteral-stones-were-treated-from-Jan-.2013-to-Dec-.2013-,and-rando-ml-y-divided-into-two-groups-(stone-catheter-block-combined-with-ureterosco-py-lithotri-psy-or-percutaneous-nephrolithotripsy-).The-data-of-average-operation-time-,blood-loss-,intraoperati-ve-ure-teral-avulsi-on-,postoperative-anal-gesic-use-,postoperative-co-mplicati-ons-and-hospital-stay-,medical-expenses-and-oth-er-indicators-were-compared.Results-:The-differences-were-statisticall-y-si-gnificant-in-the-average-operation-time-,intr-aoperati-ve-blood-loss-,postoperative-anal-gesic-use-,stone-resi-dues-,hospital-stay-and-medical-expenses-between-two-groups-(P-<0??05-).Conclusions-:Stone-blocking-catheter-combined-with-ureteroscopy-lithotri-psy-is-safe-and-effecti-ve-in-the-treatment-of-upper-ureteral-stones-.
