Abstract：To-eval-uate-the-cli-nical-val-ue-of-retroperitoneal-laparoscopic-ureterolithoto-my-i-n-the-treat-ment-of-upper-ureteral-calcul-us-.Methods-:The-cli-nical-data-of-1-1-6-cases-of-upper-ureteral-calcul-us-treated-with-retro-peritoneal-laparoscopic-ureterolithoto-my-i-n-our-hospital-fro-m-January-2008-to-January-201-4-were-anal-ysed-retrospec-ti-vel-y-.Results-:Retroperitoneal-laparoscopic-ureterolithoto-my-was-perfor-med-successfull-y-on-1-1-5-patients-,and-onl-y-one-patient-was-conversed-to-the-open-operati-on-.The-average-operati-on-ti-me-was-(76??3-±28??5-)mi-n-,the-mean-bl-ood-l-oss-duri-ng-operati-on-was-(35??4-±1-6??8-)mL-,the-drai-nage-tube-place-ment-ti-me-was-(5??7-±1??1-)days-,and-the-post-operati-ve-hospital-stay-was-(6??5-±1??3-)days-.The-foll-o-w--up-ti-me-after-operati-on-was-1-70-months-.The-hydrone-phrosis-i-n-all-patients-was-alleviated-to-varyi-ng-degrees-and-no-seri-ous-co-mplicati-ons-occurred-.Conclusions-:The-cli-ni-cal-val-ue-of-retroperitoneal-laparoscopic-ureterolithoto-my-i-n-the-treat-ment-of-upper-ureteral-calcul-us-is-si-gnificant-,-with-advantages-of-s-mall-wound-,rapi-d-recovery-,less-co-mplicati-ons-,hi-gher-safety-and-reliability-.It-is-reco-mmended-to-practise-i-n-pri-mary-level-hospitals-.
