Abstract：Laparoscopic partial nephrecto my has been the golden standard treatment for renal tumor less than T1 .Hypother mia can be used in the procedure when dealing with complex renal mass .Retrograde hypother mia ,ice slush and renal artery perfusi on are three different methods to produce hypother mia and all can achieve cold ischemia ,while the third seems to protect kidney better .However ,the optimal temperature and safe time limit of renal cold ische miare main controversial and moreevidence is needed to evaluate the protective effect of the hypother-mia methods above .
