Leakage of fluid in bladder after transuret hral partial cystectomy using a 2 μm continuous wave laser in treatment of bladder carcinoma

Abstract:Objective:To obverse the leakage of fluid in the bladder of bladder tumor patients who received tran-surethralpartialcystectomyby2 μmcontinuouswavelaser.Methods:FromOctober2008toOctober2013,35cases of bladder carcinoma were treated with 2 μmlaser transurethrally under sacral block.The leakage of fluid in the bladder was obversed bytransrectal ultrasound or transvaginal ultrasound.Results:Transurethral partial cystectomy inthetreatmentofbladdertumorby2 μmcontinuous wavelaser wassafe,efficientandeffective.Onecasehadurine leakage and one case had peritoneumperforationinspected bytransrectal ultrasound or transvaginal ultrasound.Con-clusions:Inspected by transrectal ultrasound or transvaginal ultrasound after operation ,the integrity of the bladder wallcanberetainedfinely,andbladderperforationoccursseldom.
