Abstract：Objective:To discuss the effectiveness of occluder device in managing ureter upside stone in hol mium laser uterterolithotripsy .Methods:The occluder devices were inserted into uerteral cavity through ureter stone ,and one kind of ball-like block age was performed to prevent escape of stone.Results:Except one case of stone escaping in-to renal pelvic cavity,29 cases were subjected to successful operation of hol miumlaser uterterolithotripsy.Ureter stone was disposd and hydronephrosis was receded .Conclusions:The effectiveness of occluder device is definite in managingureterupsidestoneinholmiumlaseruterterolithotripsy.
