Abstract：Objective:To report our initial experiences withlaparoscopic partial cystectomy (LPC)for inflamma-tory myofibroblastictumor (IMT)ofbladder.Methods:LPCforbladderIMTwascarriedout,andtherelatedlitera-tures about the pathological features of bladder I MT were retrospectively reviewed.Results:The most common symptomofIMTispainlessgrosshematuia.ThetreatmentsofIMTusuallyincludeTUR,partialcystectomyand radiotherapy .The diagnosis of I MT is identified by pathological exa mination .Histologically ,the I MT cells were spindleinshape,andpositiveforSMA,VimentinandALK.PCwasperformedonourresearchcase.Conclusions:IMTisarareneoplasmwith malignantpotential.Laparoscopicpartialcystectomyincarefullyselectedpatients with I MT of bladder is feasible and safe .
