Problems and Improving Paths for Skilled Talents in Advanced Manufacturing Industry in Fujian Province

Abstract：[Objective/Meaning]With the competition of open market increasingly, the imbalance between the supplyand demand of skilled talents has become the core obstacle for the traditional manufacturing industry's breakthroughinto the advanced one.It is of great significance to explore the problems and upgrading paths for skilled talents of ad-vanced manufacturing in Fujian Province for the transformation and upgrading of Fujian manufacturing industry.[Methods/Procedures]In this paper, we analyzed the status and existing problems of advanced manufacturing indus-try in Fujian Province in detail, and the improving ways for the talent team were proposed based on the"people-orien-ted"principle and the characteristics of Fujian Province.[Results/Conclusions]The suggestions for the skilled talentteam construction of advanced manufacturing industry in Fujian were as follows:to attract talents by proposing sup-porting policies and creating regional brand in response to the call of"Made in China 2025";to cultivate talents withbinary system and coordinated resources of all aspect;to optimize industrial structure and create atmosphere to keepthe talents.
