Development Strategies of Rural Housing Mortgage Loans---A Case of Xiamen City

Abstract：By taking the pilot rural housing mortgage loans in Xiamen as examples,the existing problems of rural housing mortgage loans at present were pointed out based on analyzing the motivation of the pilot rural housing mort-gage loans in Xiamen. The countermeasures were put forward including reforming the legal system of rural land and clarifying property rights, speeding up the registration and certification of rural land and housing ownership, strengthening the risk management of rural housing mortgage loans,establishing and perfecting supporting systems of rural housing mortgage loans and so on,thus to promote the healthy development of rural housing mortgage loans.
