Abstract：The implementation of the new standard for the national poverty relief in 2011 marked poverty relief and de-velopment entering the new stage in China.Under the background of the implementation of the new standard for pov-erty relief,this paper summarized the development history of poverty relief and development in Fujian,analyzed the problem manifestation of poverty relief and development.And by using the method of empirical research,the counter-measures of poverty relief and development in Fujian were discussed.
