Abstract：From the developing situations of farmers’cooperatives in Wuping,this paper described the main meas-ures that should be used in the development of farmers’cooperatives.And the development countermeasures such as standard registration,improved supportive policy,strengthening guidance and services,enhancing talent introduc-tion,etc.were put forward.
