Abstract：Based on the policy objective and realistic significance of financial capital supporting farmers’coopera-tives,This paper analyzed the effects and the existing problems of financial capital supporting farmers’cooperatives in Fujian.And the countermeasures such as the policy guidance,the benefits of supporting capital,the reform and innovation of rural finance,etc.were put forward.
